 COVID-19 outbreak makes everything more complicated than it already is with immigration services. In my case, I needed to go to Canada to take care of my grandmother. She needs my support since she is old and starts to forget stuff now and then. With Canada's strict restriction for travellers during the pandemic, I did not know what to do. A visa only isn't enough paperwork to enter the country. I reached out to Nancy online, and she got everything taken care of for me immediately. She is so easy to talk to and very responsive regardless of the different time zone between where we live.
